Inside Out Early Intervention provides a dynamic, exciting working environment. As a team member of Inside Out, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in children’s lives. We work together based on the premise that children with autistic spectrum disorders can be taught many of the skills that most people take for granted. We value our employees immensely and recognize their efforts.
As a therapist, you will be delivering direct services to children diagnosed with an autistic spectrum disorder. Inside Out provides the program design, curriculum, and training in applied behavioral analysis. Initially, all inexperienced employees receive extensive training with experienced therapists. Additionally, on-going training and supervision is provided to all therapists.

The following requirements apply to all positions offered at Inside Out:
- Six month minimum commitment
- Experience working with children
- Reliable
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Fingerprint clearance (clean criminal record)
- Current negative TB test
- Reliable vehicle
